Reflo does not accept returns for products once they have been delivered. We only offer replacements for defective products in accordance with our 7-day replacement policy as detailed below.

Reflo offers a limited warranty for all refurbished products. The warranty period may vary depending on the product, with a standard 3-month or 6-month warranty covering functional defects due to manufacturing or refurbishing issues, depending on the product purchased.

We also provide a 7-day replacement policy for products that are found to have manufacturing or refurbishing defects upon receipt. If your product shows any such defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a replacement. This policy does not cover:

• Cosmetic defects such as scratches, dents, or discoloration.
• Damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, or customer damage.
• Defects caused by third-party repairs or modifications.

To be eligible for a replacement under this policy, the product must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
