About Reflo

Reflo was born from a vision—one that blends purpose with practicality, and sustainability with service, by our founder Mr. Atul Kumar Agarwal. After serving the Government of India for 35 years as an Administrative Officer, he retired with more than just experience; he carried a dream. A long-standing desire to contribute to the environment and do something meaningful finally took shape when he founded Reflo (previously Restart Technologies) with technical help from his son, a seasoned IT professional with over a decade of experience in the tech industry.

Starting small in the serene Himalayan state of Uttarakhand, he set up a modest refurbishment unit with just two hardware engineers. With humble beginnings, he began importing business-grade laptops from European countries—devices that met the highest standards of reliability and performance. Each unit was personally inspected, refurbished, and delivered with care to customers who needed them most—local companies, students, and families for whom buying a new laptop was out of reach.

What started as a humble initiative quickly transformed into a mission. As he witnessed the transformative impact these laptops had—especially on students and blue-collar families—Mr. Agarwal knew he had found more than a business. He had found his calling.

Today, Reflo is proud to have a dedicated team of 12 engineers, a fully equipped refurbishment facility in Uttarakhand, and a marketing office in NCR. We’ve served over 120 corporate clients and refurbished nearly 5,000 laptops, each one contributing to a greener planet and a more empowered generation.

At Reflo, we believe technology should be accessible, sustainable, and impact-driven. And this belief continues to guide us as we grow.

After 35 years of service in the government, I could have chosen a quiet retirement. But I felt the urge to contribute differently—to the environment, to the youth, and to the people who often get left behind when it comes to access to quality technology.

With my son’s encouragement and expertise, we started Reflo with a clear purpose: to make refurbished technology not only reliable but respectable. We wanted to change the perception around second-hand tech while also reducing e-waste and making a real difference in people’s lives.

Starting from a small workshop in Uttarakhand, I’ve personally overseen every step—from procurement to quality checks—because I believe when you do something with integrity, it shows. Every laptop that leaves our facility carries our promise: of performance, value, and purpose.

The journey hasn’t been easy, but it has been deeply fulfilling. Every story of a student who could attend online classes or a business that could upgrade affordably is a story that fuels our passion.
